Once we have a clear picture of what you are looking for in terms of price, area, style of home and any special requests, we will start the hunt for you. We will monitor the local market for you daily.

We also set you up on an automatic, customized MLS search so all matching properties will be sent to your email the day they hit the market. You won’t be missing out on any opportunities. You let us know which ones you like and we will set up the rest.

We will also notify you of any open houses available to attend, on a regular basis.

Once you find the right listing and you are wanting to move forward with making an offer to purchase, we sit down with you to review the details. 4. Closing The Sale
