What to expect from The Dinnell Real Estate Group during the process

1. Selecting The Best Price

It’s important to sell quickly and showcase your property competitively in the marketplace

We will prepare a competitive market analysis to help determine the best price to list at.

This report will show us in detail what comparable recent sales in your neighborhood are selling for, to help give us a good idea as to the benchmark price point for your home. From there, we take other things into consideration, renovations, add-ons, unique features, updates and staging. Once the price is determined we get ready to market the property for sale.

2. Handling Viewings and Open House Dates

When we first list your home for sale we will discuss the best times for us to show your property.

We will work with your schedule to make sure this portion is as seamless as possible. Showing your property is what will get it sold in the end, so our goal is to ensure that every interested party gets to walk through. Being as flexible as possible will help us get your home sold quicker.

With the sellers approval, the first Open House date is scheduled the first weekend after the list date, when the momentum for your new listing is the highest.

If you do not get an accepted offer post open house, we will continue to hold them on weekends at the sellers discretion.

3. Dealing With Offers

When we receive an offer, or multiple offers we will sit down with you to review all of them in detail.

We will give you our professional advice in regards to the quality of each offer so you can make a confident and informed decision. We can work with any offer, meaning, sometimes its just a place to start and negotiation will go on from there. Our goal is to get you the price your home is listed for.

We will work diligently to ensure your needs are met during this process and that you understand the negotiation process. You’ve got a fearless team of experts by your side.

4. Closing The Sale

Once the conditions of the sale have been met, and the deal is firm, its time to prepare for the closing of the sale.

This process will involve a legal team (notary or lawyer) to complete and sign off on the final paper work and to transfer title of the property.
