Hi, I'm Angela!

I became a licensed REALTOR® in 2016 and spent the following years representing buyers and sellers throughout Richmond and the Lower Mainland.

But one of the experiences that ultimately made me a better REALTOR® happened when I stepped away from real estate.

In 2024, I put my real estate licence on hold to pursue another area I had become passionate about: coaching. I became a Certified Jay Shetty Life & Success Coach and spent much of the next two years working primarily with women, helping them navigate change, make important decisions and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

When I returned to real estate at the beginning of 2026, I came back with an additional skill set and a different perspective on what great real estate representation can look like.

Real Estate Is About More Than Real Estate

Buying or selling a home may be a real estate transaction on paper, but in real life, there is usually much more happening behind it.

A marriage. A separation. A growing family. Kids leaving home. A career change. Financial independence. Downsizing. Starting over. Building wealth. Losing someone. Or simply realizing that the home that once fit your life doesn't fit it anymore.

My coaching experience reinforced just how important it is to understand the person behind the transaction.

It strengthened my ability to listen, ask better questions, navigate difficult conversations and help people work through important decisions without losing sight of the facts.

Today, those skills are an integral part of the way I practice real estate.

A Particular Passion for Working With Women

While I work with buyers and sellers from all walks of life, I have a particular interest in helping women feel knowledgeable, capable and confident when making real estate decisions.

That might mean buying your first property independently, selling after a separation, managing real estate after the loss of a spouse, downsizing, investing, purchasing with a partner or simply wanting to better understand your options.

You don't need to know everything about real estate before you call me. That's my job.

My responsibility is to make sure you understand the information in front of you, explain what matters, identify potential concerns and provide straightforward professional advice so you can make an informed decision.

I don't believe good real estate representation is about convincing someone to buy or sell. It's about giving clients the information, strategy and representation they need to make the decision that's right for their circumstances.

Experience You Can Rely On

I've been licensed in real estate since 2016, with my licence temporarily on hold during 2024 and 2025 while I pursued my professional coaching certification. I returned to real estate at the beginning of 2026 and am proud to be part of Dinnell Real Estate Group at RE/MAX Westcoast.

My business is rooted in Richmond, with experience throughout the surrounding Lower Mainland, including Vancouver, Delta, Ladner and Tsawwassen.

For sellers, I bring a strong focus on preparation, positioning, presentation, marketing and negotiation. I believe the work that happens before a property reaches the market can be just as important as what happens once it's listed.

For buyers, my role is to help you look beyond beautiful photographs and finishes and understand what you're actually purchasing—from the property and neighbourhood to the documents, potential concerns and long-term considerations.

In both cases, you can expect me to be organized, responsive, detail-oriented and straightforward.

If I see something that concerns me, I'll tell you. If I believe there's a better strategy, I'll explain why. And if I don't know the answer to something, I'll find it.

More Than 30 Years of Calling Richmond Home

There is a difference between working in a community and actually living in it.

I've watched Richmond change enormously since moving here as a teenager. I've lived here through different real estate cycles, watched neighbourhoods evolve and raised my family here.

That history gives me a perspective on Richmond that can't come entirely from market statistics.

Real estate is incredibly local. Location within a neighbourhood, school catchments, lot characteristics, strata considerations, future development and even differences from one street to the next can matter.

Understanding those nuances—and knowing when we need additional information or professional expertise—is an important part of representing my clients well.

Outside of Real Estate

I'm a wife, a mom and a longtime Richmond resident.

Community involvement is important to me as well, and I'm proud to volunteer with the Great Save Kids Golf Tournament in support of Wigs for Kids BC.

After more than three decades, Richmond isn't simply a market where I sell real estate.

It's home.
