For me, Richmond isn't simply where I sell real estate. It's where I was born, where I grew up, where I've raised my family and where I've built both my personal and professional life.

That lifelong connection to Richmond has given me an understanding of the community that extends well beyond real estate. I know the neighbourhoods, the people, the businesses and the relationships that make this city what it is.

I became a licensed REALTOR® in 2017, bringing that local knowledge and an already-established network into my real estate career.

Since then, I've built my business around something that has always come naturally to me: relationships.

Real Estate Is a Relationship Business

There are a lot of moving pieces in a real estate transaction, but I've always believed that one of the most important parts of this business is how you work with people.

That includes my clients, but it also includes the other REALTOR® on the transaction, mortgage professionals, lawyers and notaries, inspectors, tradespeople and the many other professionals who may be involved along the way.

I've developed a strong personal and business network throughout Richmond and the Lower Mainland, and I place a high value on maintaining positive, professional relationships within the real estate community.

Cooperation doesn't mean compromising my client's interests. It means understanding that strong communication, professionalism and mutual respect can help get transactions across the finish line while I continue to advocate for the people I'm representing.

My clients can expect quick communication, knowledgeable advice and a level of service focused on exceeding expectations rather than simply completing a transaction.

Helping First-Time Home Buyers

Buying your first home is exciting, but there is a lot to learn along the way.

I particularly enjoy working with first-time buyers because this is one area where having an experienced REALTOR® beside you can make an enormous difference.

My job is to help make the process understandable.

From establishing what you're looking for and evaluating different neighbourhoods and properties to understanding contracts, reviewing property information, negotiating and working through the steps toward completion, I want my clients to know what's happening and why.

There are no questions you're expected to already know the answer to.

Buying your first property is a major milestone, and my goal is to make sure you feel informed and supported from the first conversation through to getting the keys.

Estate Sales & Seniors Downsizing

Some real estate transactions require a different level of patience and sensitivity.

Estate sales can involve multiple family members, legal and logistical considerations, property preparation and difficult decisions at an already emotional time.

Downsizing can be equally significant. Selling a home someone has lived in for decades isn't simply a financial transaction. That home may hold a lifetime of memories, belongings and connections.

I understand that these situations can't always be rushed.

My approach is to help clients and families understand what needs to happen, establish a practical plan and work through the process one step at a time.

Whether that involves preparing a longtime family home for sale, coordinating with family members, connecting clients with trusted professionals or simply being available to answer questions, I want to make a complicated transition feel more manageable.

Experience You Can Rely On

I've been a licensed REALTOR® since 2017 and am proud to be part of Dinnell Real Estate Group at RE/MAX Westcoast.

My approach to real estate is straightforward: know your business, answer your phone, communicate well, treat people properly and do what you say you're going to do.

I believe clients remember the little things.

They remember whether you called them back. They remember whether you kept them informed. They remember whether you were available when something went wrong. And they remember whether they felt like their transaction mattered to you.

That's the standard I bring to every client relationship.

Professional Distinctions & Awards

Throughout my real estate career, I've been fortunate to receive recognition both individually and as part of our real estate team.

RE/MAX Chairman's Club Team — 2021
RE/MAX Chairman's Club Team — 2022
RE/MAX Platinum Club Team — 2023
RE/MAX Platinum Club — 2023
RE/MAX Hall of Fame — 2024
RE/MAX Platinum Club — 2024
RE/MAX Platinum Club — 2025

I'm proud of the recognition, but for me, success in this business has always been about more than awards.

It's the repeat clients, referrals, professional relationships and people who trust me enough to introduce me to their family and friends that mean the most.

Richmond Isn't Just My Market. It's My Community.

Being born and raised in Richmond means my connection to this community goes back long before I became a REALTOR®.

One of the things I'm most proud of outside of my real estate career is being the Founder of the Great Save Golf Tournament in support of Wigs for Kids BC. Bringing people together while supporting an organization that helps children and families has become an important part of my community involvement.

I'm also an announcer for the Richmond Sockeyes Junior A hockey team, which combines two things I genuinely enjoy—Richmond and hockey.

Professionally, I've spent eight years as a member of BNI Richmond Driven Dragons, building relationships with local business owners and professionals and developing a network that continues to benefit both my business and my clients.

I was honoured to be recognized by the chapter as Member of the Year in 2020, 2024 and 2025.

Those relationships matter to me. Having a strong network means knowing who to call when a client needs help—and knowing people whose work and professionalism I trust.

Outside of Real Estate

I'm a husband, a dad and a lifelong hockey fan.

Richmond has been part of virtually every chapter of my life. It's where I grew up, where my family is rooted, where I've built my network and where I've spent years giving back to the community.

That's one of the reasons representing people here means something to me.

Whether you're buying your first home, helping your parents downsize, dealing with the sale of an estate, selling your current property or simply trying to determine what comes next, I'm always happy to start with a conversation.

Real estate may be the business I'm in, but relationships are how I've built my business.
